The Story
Broken In On Purpose
There is a whole category of hat that arrives looking like it has already had a hard summer. Pre-distressed, pre-faded, pre-sweated by a machine in another country. We went the other way. This one starts clean and earns the rest itself — on the boat, on the dock, in the back of the truck with the windows down. Wear it badly. That is the instruction.

Why it’s like that
Built for the Glare
A creek is a mirror with boats on it. The light comes at you twice — once from the sky and once off the water — and a good brim is the only thing standing between you and a squint that lasts until October. The camo underbill cuts the bounce. The snap fits every head at the table. None of it is complicated. All of it is on purpose.
The light
Comes twice
Sky above, water below. The brim handles both.
The fit
One size
Brass snap, no guessing, fits the whole boat.
